The Palace on Wheels Three Nights Itinerary 03 Nights / 04 Days

The Palace on Wheels Normally Operates on 7 Nights Circuit from Delhi/Delhi depart Every Wednesday Evening.
However for Month of Feb, March & April 2021, The Palace on Wheels Will Operate on Two Short Journey Circuits of Three & Four Nights Only.
The Full 7 Nights run will Re-Start Operations only from Oct, 2021.
For Indians-there is a 30% (thirty) Discount on Special 03 & 04 Nights Runs in Months of Feb. March, April 2021.

Circuit One : Of Three Nights Journey
The 03 Nights / 04 Days Short Circuit of Palace on Wheels will depart from Delhi on Every Wednesday Evening (starting 03 Feb 2021) To Cover Agra Taj Mahal (Thurs Morning);Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve (Thursday Afternoon) : Pink City of Jaipur (Friday) before returning back to Delhi on Saturday Morning.

Short Journeys Booking Procedure :

  • *The Palace On Wheels is operated & managed by RTDC( Tourism Dept. of Rajasthan Govt.)
  • * Advice depart dates with number of persons & cabins required
  • * We require Name/sex/nationality of all the passengers to process booking.
  • * In case of children< 12 years we also require date of bith.
  • * Booking will be confirmed on receipt of MINIMUM 25% of ticket value as advance deposit.
  • * Balance payment must reach us before 61 days before tour depart
  • * Booking request made< 61 days prior to tour depart,will be confirmed on receipt of ONE Time full payment
  • * For foriegn passport holder, we require Passport copies of all passengers to issue travel documents.
  • * Indian Nationals can forward copy of ANYONE of Indian residence proof (viz Passport; Driving license; Adhaar Card)
  • * Saloon/cabin will be allocated on date of depart with boarding cards.
  • * Advice arrival/depart details in New Delhi & interest to book Hotels through us.

SELF CANCELLED Booking By Guest :

  • Minimum 10% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) will be Charged ,If request made 32 Working Days before Depart.
  • Minimum 25% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) will be Charged ,If request made 22 Working Days before Depart.
  • Minimum 50% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) will be Charged ,If request made 17 Working Days before Depart.
  • Full 100% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) ,If request made less than 17 Working Days before Depart.
