The Palace on Wheels Four Nights Itinerary 04 Nights / 05 Days

The Palace on Wheels Normally Operates on 7 Nights Circuit from Delhi/Delhi depart Every Wednesday Evening. However for Month of Feb, March & April 2021 ,The Palace on Wheels Will Operate on Two Short Journey Circuits of Three & Four Nights Only.
The Full 7 Nights run will Re-Start Operations only from Oct, 2021.
For Indians-there is a 30% (thirty) Discount on Special 3 & 4 Nights Runs in Months of Feb. March, April 2021.

The 04 Nights / 05 Days Short Circuit of Palace on Wheels will depart from Delhi on Every Saturday Evening (starting 06 Feb 2021) To Cover Pink City of Jaipur(Sun); Lake City of Udaipur ( Mon) ) ; Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve (Tue Morning) ;Agra Taj Mahal (Tue Afternoon); before returning back to Delhi on Wednesday Morning

Short Journeys Booking Procedure :

  • Advice Preferred Date of Journey, Number of Persons & Cabin Type Required.
  • If Children below 12 years traveling with You, advice Their Age & Date of Birth.
  • To Process Booking We require ,Name, Nationality & Sex of All Travellers.
  • Booking will be Confirmed on Receipt of 100% Full Tour Deposit.
  • If Due to Covid19 Travel Restrictions Or Low Occupancy ,the Scheduled Depart does not Operate ,You Will be Informed One Week Before Scheduled Depart, And Have OPTION to either Seek Full Refund Or Adjust Advance in Future Journey of Choice.
  • Refund will be Made to You within Four Working Days of receiving the Same from Train Tour Operator.
  • We Require Photo- Id Indian Residence Proof of All the Passengers & Pan Card of Person Making Payment ,to Issue Travel Documents.
  • Payment can be forward by Demand Draft Or RTGS/NEFT Bank Transfer.
  • RTDC (Tourism Dept of Rajasthan Govt) is tour Operator of Palace on Wheels Train & Reserve the Right To Amend Booking Procedure & Cancelation Policy from Time to time.

SELF CANCELLED Booking By Guest :

  • Minimum 10% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) will be Charged ,If request made 32 Working Days before Depart.
  • Minimum 25% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) will be Charged ,If request made 22 Working Days before Depart.
  • Minimum 50% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) will be Charged ,If request made 17 Working Days before Depart.
  • Full 100% Cancellation Fee of Published Tariff(inclusive Taxes) ,If request made less than 17 Working Days before Depart.
