Booking Procedure

  • 1. Specify Cabin Details: Provide the number of cabins required, the type of cabin, and the preferred journey date to check availability.
  • 2. Submit Passport Copies: For processing your booking, submit passport copies of all passengers to confirm identity.
  • 3. Advance Deposit: Secure your booking with a 25% advance deposit of the total ticket value, which includes taxes.
  • 4. Balance Payment Deadline: Ensure the remaining payment is received at least 50 days before the departure date to finalise your reservation.
  • 5. Full Deposit for Last-Minute Bookings: If booking less than 55 days before departure, a full deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  • 6. Receive E-Travel Documents: Once booking formalities are completed, e-travel documents will be sent to you for your journey.

Cancellation Rules

  • 1. No Fee for Early Cancellation: If you cancel more than 62 working days before the departure date, no cancellation fee is charged.
  • 2. 20% Fee for Mid-Term Cancellation: Canceling between 61 and 47 working days before departure incurs a cancellation fee of 20% of the published ticket value
  • 3. 50% Fee for Late Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the published ticket value applies if the cancellation is made between 46 and 32 working days before departure.
  • 4. 100% Fee for Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancelling less than 32 working days before departure results in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund
  • 5. Cancellation Due to Low Occupancy: The train operator reserves the right to cancel scheduled departures due to low occupancy or other reasons, with refunds processed according to their policy.
  • 6. Jurisdiction for Disputes: Any resulting issues are under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Delhi's NCR, India.
